After leaving corporate America, I discovered how suppressed my feminine side was from having to fit into someone else’s idea of what I was supposed to be. As I networked for my own business, I remembered feeling like I just didn’t fit in, in most of the networking groups I attended. I didn’t feel worthy. I felt self-doubt. I felt shy and passive. I often shrank or held myself back from new opportunities.
Can anyone relate?
That’s when I met a lovely woman, Susie, who saw me. She was nice to me. She offered me a way to “treat” myself to a skincare regimen, as I only used soap and water to wash my face at that point!
Almost two years later, I’m a different person. Not only does my skin look great and I feel beautiful for the first time in my life, but Susie also tells me it’s like watching a flower blooming for the first time.
Now, I’m more open, friendly, confident, full of self-worth, and passionate. Now, I embrace my feminine side and recognize the value that the feminine side brings to my relationships. I feel complete, whole, and restored. In the Mary Kay community I am seen, heard, validated, and empowered to be my best self.
I’m looking to share that with women across the United States of America!
Who do you know that might relate to what I shared above that you could introduce me to?
